I've got into the asylum, but can't get past the first room. There's a door to the right looking for something to reach a latch, one in front looking for something for a square hole and one on the left unopenable for missing a doorknob (the first trip into there seemed to break it on the way out). I really like this game! Currently stuck and need a little help. After finding the cabin, opening the hatch with the switch on the bookshelf, getting the grapple (which was flashing between a stack of gold coins, the grapple and like a canned food--maybe a bug?), Nyarlethotep showed up and I beat him. Now I can't seem to go down the hatch that opened or use the grapple on it. Back at the asylum I can't go through either open window or use the grapple on them. Are there any plans to add achievements to this game?

So the cabin in the woods where you get the grappling hook there is a secret button and a passageway - I guess. I open it but I can't go in it. I know you head back the way you came and use the grappling hook to get up into a window but but, what is with that passageway in the cabin?...

Today when I tried to load up Mythos, and it wanted to extract files from its folder, something it's never done before. I click OK, and it says extraction failed. What could be causing it? Will post a screenshot soon.
